This Privacy Notice aims to clearly and transparently inform you how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, as well as the mechanisms available for you to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO Rights), in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

This notice applies to personal data obtained directly, indirectly, or in person through our websites www.swem.mx and www.compresoresaire.com, as well as through physical or digital means, contracts, forms, information requests, commercial or employment relationships, or any other nature linked to our services.

Personal Data We Collect

The personal data we may collect belongs to the following categories:

a) Identification Data

Name, landline and/or mobile phone number, personal and work email address, home address, date of birth, sex, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and CURP.

b) Employment Data

Job title, area or department, occupation, work address, work email and phone number, employment references, performance, and past or present activities.

c) Financial and Asset Data

Banking details, account or card number, only when necessary to process payments, invoicing, or to comply with obligations arising from a commercial relationship. Such data will require the data subject’s express consent.

Sensitive Personal Data

SWEM does not collect sensitive personal data through its websites nor routinely in its operations.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Primary Purposes (Necessary)

Personal data will be used to:

How to Exercise ARCO Rights and Revoke Consent

The request must include:

  • Data subject’s name
  • The right you wish to exercise
  • A clear description of the data
  • An email address to receive the response

The response to the request will be provided exclusively by electronic means, through the email address provided by the data subject, in accordance with the law.

SWEM will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days, as provided by law.
